Sani Sarfati joined Ormet in 2009 and has since taken on an expanding managerial role across the company’s operational, financial and administrative activities.

With strong experience in international commodity markets and multi-jurisdictional trading structures, he oversees core operational processes, financial coordination and planning across Ormet’s global business.

Over the years, Sani has played an integral role in developing financial systems, enhancing operational efficiency and supporting strategic expansion across Türkiye, the UAE, the UK and South Africa.

He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Koç University.
